Bati Chuma Ladoo

- 2 cup Bati Churma
- 1 cup Grind Sugar
- 2 Table Spoon Raisin
- 2Table Spoon Grated Coconut
- 3 Table Spoon Ghee
- First, we will break the Bati and grind in the mixer.
- Now heat the kadhai and add ghee.
- Now add raisin and fry for few second.
- Now we will take the same kadhai add Bati Churma to it and stir -fry it for few minutes(7-8) in medium flame.
- Next, I am going to add the sugar to it and stir-fry it for few second in low flame.
- Now turn off the flame and add raisin and grated coconut and mix well.
- Now take a small portion in your hand. Small rounded keep it aside.
- Garnish it with Almond.
