                                                          Bati Chuma Ladoo




Ingredients:-

  • 2 cup Bati Churma
  • 1 cup Grind Sugar
  • 2 Table Spoon Raisin
  • 2Table Spoon Grated Coconut
  • 3 Table Spoon Ghee
METHOD:-

  •   First, we will break the Bati and grind in the mixer.
  • Now heat the kadhai and add ghee.
  • Now add raisin and fry for few second.
  • Now we will take the same kadhai add Bati Churma to it and stir -fry it for few minutes(7-8) in medium flame.
  • Next, I am going to add the sugar to it and stir-fry it for few second in low flame.
  • Now turn off the flame and add raisin and grated coconut and mix well.
  • Now take a small portion in your hand. Small rounded keep it aside.
  • Garnish it with Almond.
                                             Bati Churma is ready
