Ingredient:-

  • Milk Cream
  • 1/2 Curd
  • 1 Cup water
Method;-


  • First, of all make a layer of curd over the milk cream(don't mixAnd add 1 cup simple water(Don't mix them).
  • because due to water layer the air contact with milk cream stops the result to save it from fungus this make a ghee a bit tasty.
  • Now let it rest for 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours you can see our milk cream is looking very nice and fresh and doesn't have any fungus.
  • Now add 1 cup hot water and beat it.
  • If you don't have beater you can grind it in a mixer
  • Butter is ready to let it purify
  • Press it hard so that buttermilk isolate
  • Now we have got buttermilk is well as butter
  • You can use buttermilk as you wish.
  • Heat butter in a kadhai or deep utensil in medium flame, until it turns, rose gold in colour.
  • Ghee is ready to let it cool for 10 minutes and purify it.
