Recipe ghee: How to Make Most Out of Milk While Making Ghee/मलाई से मक्खन और मक्खन से मठा व घी कैसे बनाएं
Ingredient:-
First, of all make a layer of curd over the milk cream(don't mixAnd add 1 cup simple water(Don't mix them).
because due to water layer the air contact with milk cream stops the result to save it from fungus this make a ghee a bit tasty.
Now let it rest for 24 hours.
After 24 hours you can see our milk cream is looking very nice and fresh and doesn't have any fungus.
Now add 1 cup hot water and beat it.
If you don't have beater you can grind it in a mixer
Butter is ready to let it purify
Press it hard so that buttermilk isolate
Now we have got buttermilk is well as butter
You can use buttermilk as you wish.
Heat butter in a kadhai or deep utensil in medium flame, until it turns, rose gold in colour.
Ghee is ready to let it cool for 10 minutes and purify it.
