                          RECIPE CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTERSCOTCH AATA LADDOO                      






                        INGREDIENTS:-
  • 1/2 cup peanut
    1/2 cup grind sugar
    Butter
    For laddoo,
    2chp whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup grind sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    4 tablespoon ghee
METHOD
  • First heat the pan and add grind sugar stir it until it melts in low flame .now add butter and mix well turn off the flame.now add roasted peanuts and mix well.
  • Now take it out on a plate. Roast the flour for making laddoo .preheat pan and add ghee into it when ghee melts add flour and saute on medium flame until it turns little brown and smells good.
  • Flour is roasted now, turn off the gas
    Let the flour get frigid then add grind sugar and mix well now peanut butterscotch and again mix it well.
  • Take out roasted flour in a big bowl add milk into it
    Take little amount of mixture in your hands roll it giving a round shape.
