RECIPE VEG MANCHURIAN
INGREDIENTS-
Now, for gravyINGREDIENTS-
- For Manchurian ball,
- 1cup mix vegetable cabbage cauliflower capsicum carrot
- 2tbsp all purpose flour(maida) 1tbsp cornflour
- 1tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Half cup mix veg.
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 finally chopped onion
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl add all finally chopped vegetables if you want you can shred the vegetables also.
- To this I'm going to mix in the all-purpose flour, corn flour, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and salt to taste and mix everything well I m going to make a thick batter consistency.
- .Now you cam see the consistency of the mixture now take a small portion in your hand and twitch the help of greased hand.
- . Make small rounds keep it aside Manchurian ball is ready.
- .heat sufficient oil for frying and carefully place each ball into the hot oil do not crowd the vessel and keep the flame on consistency medium-high heat.
- Otherwise, they will turn dark brown on outside will remain raw inside
So fry at medium heat until they turn golden brown in colour and increase the flame toward the end of the cooking process to make them little crunchy. - Now heat the pan add chopped garlic to it and stir fry it for few second next add grated ginger to it and again stirring it for a while.
- Next, i m going to add chopped onion stir it on high flame for another 2minutes now add mix veg stir it on high flame for another 2-3 minutes as Chinese cooking is done on high flame.
- Now reduce the flame and add the soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Let it cook for 1-2 minutes now mix in the corn flour mix water along with the salt let it cook until it reduce a bit and becomes thick consistency base sauce once the salt has come to good consistency lastly I m going to toss in the airliner fried vegetable balls into it and toss it on high flame until they are nicely coated well with the gravy on all the sides .
- VEG MANCHURIAN IS READY.
