                      Recipe: Fried Hakka, Manchurian.How To Make Fried Hakka Manchurian




For Manchurian bill

  • 2 cup finely chopped mix vegetable(cabbage,cauliflower,capsicum,carrot)
  • 3 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour/maida
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
For fried Hakka gravy

  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 2-3 finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1-1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • Salt to taste  
METHOD;-
  • In a boul add all finely chopped vegetables.
    • I am going to mix the all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger, garlic, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and salt to taste and mix well.
    • Now you can see the consistency of the mixture now take a small portion in your hand and make small rounds keep it aside.
    • Manchurian ball is ready
    • Heat sufficient oil for frying and carefully place each ball into the hot oil.
    • Do not crowd the vessel and keep the flame on the consistent medium- high heat.
    • Otherwise, they will turn dark brown on the outside and remain raw inside.
    • So fry them medium heat until they turn golden brown in colour and increase the flame towards the and of the cooking process to make them little crunchy.
    • Deep fry noodles in same Kadai until it becomes Crispy.  
    •  Now heat the pan add chopped garlic to it and stir-fry it for few seconds.
    • Nest add chopped ginger and again stirring it for a while.
    • Nest I am going to add the onion stir it on high flame for another two minutes.
    • Now add carrot and capsicum stir it on high flame for another 2-3 minutes.
    • As chines cooking is done on high flame.
    • Now reduce the flame now add the vinegar,s soya source, red Chilli source, tomato source and mix well.             
    • Now add carrot and capsicum stir fry it for few seconds on high flame.
    • And add cabbage stir it for another 2-3 minutes.
    • I am going to add the Manchurian ball and mix well, stir it for few seconds.
    • Now add fried Manchurian ball and stir it for few seconds.
    • Now I am going to fried noodles and mix well.
    • Remove it on a platter I am going to garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.
                                                  Fried Hakka Manchurian is ready.
