- 1/2 cup green chutney

- First, we will prepare stuffing now take green pea paste finally chopped green Chilli Grated ginger Grated garlic fennel seeds mango powder and salt to taste and mix well.
- Now prepare a solution of gramme flour now gramme flour into soda bicarbonate turmeric powder salt to taste and by bit add water and mix well.
- The Batter is ready.
- Now cut bread into two pieces like this.
- Now take one piece bread and cover it's one side with green chutney and then make a layer of stuffing now take another bread slice and cover it's both sides who green chutney and pit it above first bread now make a layer of stuffing and place another bread cover with green chutney from inside.
- Now heat the kadhai now cover stuffed bread with gramme flour solution and put into kadhai so fry them in medium heat until they turn golden brown in colour and increase the flame toward the end of the cooking process to make them little crunchy remove it on a serving plate.
