Recipe Tomato Ketchup
Ingredient:-
1 kg.Tomato
200 gm. Sugar
1/4 tsp red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
(2 bay leaves, 1- star anise, 1 black cardamom, 4-5 black pepper, cinnamon)
1/4 tsp sodium benzoate
1/2 tsp acetic acid
METHOD:-
First, we will take choose red and fresh Tomato only.
We will wash tomato and cut them all into small pieces.
Now tomato in the pressure cooker without water and take 2 to 3 whistle.
After pressure cooker cools down purify them- twice.
Crush all spices and enclose them in a bag.
Now heat the vessel add tomato juice
Now heat the vessel add tomato pure let it heat and add sugar along with masala (spice ) bag r and add salt when it's thickness increases cook until it becomes thicker. Now let it cool until it gains room temperature now sodium benzoate and acetic acid mix well.
Tomato sauce is ready.
