RECIPE SCHEZWAN RICE
- spring onion white and green
- capsicum
- carrot
- French beans
- garlic
- 1 tbs ginger
- 1 tbs soya sauce
- 2 vinegar
- 4 tbs schezwan sauce
- cooked rice
- salt to taste
1. Heat the oil in the non-stick pan or a wok, add the ginger and garlic and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
2. At the spring onion white and green, capsicum, carrot and French beans and saute on a high flame for 2 to 3 mins.
3. Add the,, and, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 mins, while stirring occasionally.
4. Add the rice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately garnish it with spring green onions.
