RECIPE PANEER PARATHA


  
INGREDIENTS:-
  • wheat flour
  • paneer
  • mango powder
  • roasted cumin powder
  • chopped green chilli
  • chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste
METHOD:-
  • Take whole wheat flour, add salt water enough water to make a soft dough now add one tablespoon oil and now need the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • The dough becomes soft and it is ready to use ....Now to make the stuffing for our paneer paratha we took grade paneer, mango powder, cumin powder,  green chilli, coriander leaves, salt to taste now mix all.
  • The materials were taken for our stuffing you should be able to make the mixture into dumplings now take the dough and divide them into the same size of your masala mixture dumpling.
  • prefer more masala to the flour dough now stuff the masala mixture in the centre now see well on all the sides so the dough covers its masala.
  • well dust the table with flour and roll them into thin paratha's heat the pan on can either shallow fry or cook them dry on both sides and then add fat now serve it hot.
