RECIPE BEAN BURGER

- 2 tablespoon flour[maida]
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 3-4 pieces chopped garlic

- 2 spoon mayonnaise
- Salt to taste

- First, we will prepare bean Tikki for boiled beans and add boiled potato and bread crumbs and then mash them.
- Now add black pepper powder chopped an onion and chopped garlic salt to taste and mix them well. As we have mixed all ingredients.
- Now we will make a solution of maida.
- We can now start preparing bean Tikki for bean take a small portion of the mixture and make balls to bind it properly. Now slightly press the tikka mixture between the hands to flatten it
- Now we will make a solution of maida now dipped tikka in maida solution and then coat Tikki with leftover bread crumbs.
- . Again slightly press the Tikki so that it set down properly Heat the pan add some oil when the oil turns hot shallow fry the tikki in medium flame. When they have turned brown then we can turn it upside down n
- now cut the burger bun into two pieces from the middle we will then have to slightly toase heat the pan and add butter the bun until it turns crispy.
- Now we will start preparing burger spread mayonnaise on the bun now we will place cabbage leaves place tikki om top of cabbage leaves place this bun piece into the top finally the burger is ready to serve the burgers along with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
