Rava Kesari halwa (semolina)

- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 pinch saffron
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped almond
- 2 cup water
Method
- First, we will heat the pan and add ghee now add semolina in the ghee and roast till it turns brown while it stirring continuously semolina.
- I should not stick to the bottom of the pan roast the semolina for some more time on a low flame till it turns dark brown.
- after the roasting of semolina remove it on a plate.
- now take a pan and add water, sugar and boil it until the sugar is totally dissolved in it now add Cardamom Powder and saffron now take a pan and add roasted semolina and then add sugar syrup now stir it till water reduces.
- Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
It's ready....
