Gajar/Carrot Murabba

- 1/2 kg.Carrot
- 1/2 kg.Sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. Cardamom powder
First of all wash carrot with clean water, scrap it and cut them into small pieces.
- First, we will heat the kadhai and then take sugar and water(make sure amount of water is half of sugar)
- Add carrot after water boils.
- Cook until it becomes thick (1 wire thick).
- For checking your sugar solution dip your thumb and a finger and take out and stretch it and see through it, if it is very thin and does not break then it's one wire thick. turn off the gas now, add Cardamom Powder, now carrot Murabba is ready
